Image dataset from scratch

Is that a knife? Is that not a knife? Important questions that deserve answers as part of my journey into machine learning.

Image classification is pretty settled in practice and works really well, so it's generally the first type of task you learn to tackle. What's not so simple, though, is customized image datasets to train with. So this notebook will create image datasets for any image classes, and it's easily customizable by editing a few lines of code. My version of this, being new to Australia, is to honor Crocodile Dundee with a 'knife or not' classifier: an algorithm that can confidently say, "that's not a knife!" or "that's a knife!".

The static notebook is laid out below, but find the runnable version here on my Github.
